Traffic Control Person Training (Flagger)
Course Summary
This course is a half day in length with streamlined traffic control training presented to students, translating into skills they can effectively use in the field.
Course Details:
Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) Book 7 – Temporary Conditions Manual Theoretical and Real Practical Application of Temporary Traffic Control.
- Book 7 and Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) Act & Regulations
- Planning the Work Zone & Traffic Requirements
- Administration and Documentation
- Setting up, Maintenance & Removal of Flagger Operations
- Learning to Minimize Exposure to Risk Whenever Possible
Upon completion of training, there will be a written and practical exam. Once the course is completed, all students will be given a wallet card for OHSA compliance to show they attended the training course.
Traffic Control Training
