Who We Are

The Ontario Traffic Control Contractors Association (OTCCA) is a not-for-profit association that was founded in 2018 to provide practical legal and bargaining support for its twenty plus member companies.

Additionally, the OTCCA provides in-depth traffic control safety training for member company workers, ensuring that they are kept up to date on best practices to keep themselves and the general public safer on roadways. At the heart of our goals is the principle that striving for excellence is in our core services to our member companies – advocacy, learning and engagement, and collective bargaining are critical to improving roadway and worker safety.

Our Strategic Objectives

  1. Develop and elevate safety within the Ontario traffic control industry through the ongoing development and improvement of technical training and education.
  2. Increase business prospects for association members through networking opportunities and act as an invaluable resource to our members for their business’s success.
  3. Lead the way as an advocate for association members’ voices to be heard through policy, legislation changes, and the promotion of safety regulations and legal support.

Our Mission

To champion and promote the highest standards of worker, pedestrian, and traffic safety, fostering a culture of responsible road use and safeguarding the well-being of our communities.
